An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 625jl will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email or mobile number prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ₱50 may be deducted from dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account may be closed. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for twelve months may be closed without further notice.
You may request closure of your 625jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your nominated withdrawal method subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
